Wellness coaching takes a 360 view and considers everything which requires attention in order to create more wellbeing. This includes your nutrition and exercise, as well as your relationships, careers, quality of sleep and so much more. If one element is out of balance they all are, so taking a broad view allows us to get to the core of the issues to overcome them.

If you have tried to address this before and have failed to succeed, this works to overcome your challenges because at the core we look at your mindset and limiting beliefs on why you think you may not succeed at this. This is not a diet or a prescription but a road map to your wellbeing, the road may have many detours because it needs to be flexible because you are ever changing. When there is a strategy there is always time for what is important and what is a priority to you. Looking at things as they are, not worse than it is helps to develop your inner resilience. Your fears are there for you to grow from and become stronger. Fear is a tool to show us where we need to grow and there are tools to work through your fear to get to the undefinable you that lives on the other side. Fear facing is one of the tools we use in wellness coaching. I realized I had so much in the external world but the source of true contentment and inner peace was within. I learned to become more conscious in every aspect of my life which improved my relationships and my work-life balance.
